How can I express a Routine and Positive message?You must first analyze your company, observe the company carefully and ask yourself “How is my communication with my employees? Do I share important information with them? If so, how is the information shared? Do I have references to what I tell them? If your response is negative you can consider this a setback to success.
Expressing a routing and positive message is exactly what you need as guide to success but the question is how? After you observed your company very well, you may consider mentioning to your employees an appreciation for there work they have done. Good news like this is a good way to start with a positive message. “The Customer was very satisfied with the product thanks to you” is and example of appreciation or “Productivity was really good last week”.
Another technique you may want to you use is motivation. Motivating your employees to keep doing well after a great achievement is a great way to communicate with your employees. This pushes them to sustain their hard efforts. When you try achieving a goal and you do not receive any motivation it becomes hard to achieve such that you just simply want to give up. Have that in mind with your employees; motivate them to try to achieve the goals of the company. Let them feel they like they can be better. Motivation is a great technique you can use to express a positive message.
Providing information on company performance is another technique you can use. Inform them how well the company doing by doing so it keeps your employees aware and if they are aware, the more confident they will feel working for you. Delivering Information to your employees of good news builds a bond of trust and opens doors to communication, which is an element you need for success.
Let your employees know where the company stands against competitors. Definitely keep them informed with company updates, by informing them about your next strategies you have planned for the company, give them details about new events that are happening in the company or are yet to happen in a near future. Showing appreciations, motivating, and discussing important information with your employees is how you can express a routine and positive message to your employees. Now you must apply it! Remember that a message is also delivered by someone’s actions. Do not feed your employees with junk food by giving illusion of how great your company is to work for like some companies do, instead use the 3 techniques to help you express a routine and positive message.
Apply these techniques on a regular basis. Use them frequently when your employees have achieved a goal. When delivering the positive message make sure your tone does not give any impression of sarcasm, and finally let them know that you are interested in the company’s goal and values.
