Please tell me how to remove bugs using bugzilla or any tool...

Once you created a bug ,then you cannot able to delete that bug in bugzilla .the only thing you can do is to contact administrator to create a product like 'trash' thats different from the real product and then assign your defect to that product.so that while searching for real product you can see that that bug .
or one more thing you can do is just to assign that bug to your self and close it stating duplicate or add comment like user error orsomething like that
