What is the best Linux Distro

What is the best Linux Distro in your opinion and why? I love Debian myself just because its what I have first started with.

depends on what your going to use the computer for
the best distro for beginners i think is Ubuntu 10 it loads really fast and installs in about 10 minutes on a basic computer setup
if your switching from windows then PC Linux OS has the same look and feel of windows...except the task bar is on the top of the screen rather than the bottom
