Testing engineer find a bugs but develper not accepted that bugs ? How do fixes the bugs?

Ans.if the tester find the bug and the developer reject it, it is called defect not a bug, and the tester must be clear in explaining the procedure how the error araises ( steps of finding the error ) .. and send back note to the developer..

The tester needs to reproduce the bug, take the screen shot of the bug and them over to the developer and since this clearly prove the presence of the bug, the developer will have accept it.
