how run R11 report into R12

hi
i am new in Apps
sir in my oranization use R11 and goto R12 time by time, these two report run in R11 rightly CUST_INTER_DIV_TRANSFER and CUSTEXPORTSALTAXINV_NEW but when i try to run in R12 that give me error now view or table Exists.

sir how i run this report in R12 and give me db shema link of R12
