How to increase my PC performance?

Hello Guys,
I'm using window 7, my system is running slow. I've did all those which I know to increase the performance of system but that was not effective. So I want to know; is there any tool to increase my PC performance?

There are lots of tool in the market which increased the performance of PC. I am using a PC cleaner tool (Name: MindStick Cleaner) which worked nicely. It might be useful for you. Basically it is free charge tool so you can easily download it.
