Maintain multiple domains in a DNS

Is it possible to maintain multiple domains in a DNS using A-Record? If Yes, How?

I would have to do further research regarding this. However, I myself have only used one domain per A record so far. Usually it involves using the ip address that comes with your hosting package. At least that is the way it is via my hosting and domain registrar.
