Error 1906. Failed to Cache Package during Oracle 10g installation

During installation of Oracle An error is encountered as mentioned here below:

ERROR 1906 FAILED TO CACHE PACKAGE.
ERROR :-2147286775.

What is the issue here? How to resolve
