Hi
See basically first thing is you should try to get knowledge about accounts and other financial subjects. This will build your domain knowledge.
Then to work on Oracle Applications you need to go thru the user guides and technical documents provided by Oracle. They contain extensive information and are very useful. If your company has bought the ERP package they will also be provided with these docs.So go thru them.
These are the basic steps.
Thanks,
Furkan

Very True furkanalam. Unless you have some kind of domain knowledge of any subject you will not able to understand the business flows and workflows and if dont able to understand the same you cant do proper implementations in any ERP.
So my suggesstion is that go according to your domain and whatever your domain choose the cours accordingly, whether it is financials / distribution/ manufacturing / crm or any other you have to base your domain knowledge.
Please feel free to ask any other question here or shoot me directly a mail to good_looking_bad_character_glbc@yahoo.com
