i ask one question about company emp. when i Recruited some members to my comapny at the day of end my manager ask me wants me get the particular name of employee which i have been recuited at this day for that i write query like this.

select ename from emp
where date='sysdate';
with this what is the answer it can give particular ename which i have been recuited on this day?.
