I have been applying for a new job to two different companies. Both offered the same type of job. I was accepted by the companies. The only difference is that one company offers a high pay with few benefits such as no overtime pay and no midyear bonuses. The other one on the other hand offers a less pay with lots of benefits such as overtime pays, different holiday pay rates, midyear bonuses, 13th and 14th month pay.

Which company would I choose?
