You are very lucky having to choose which company you will work for.

Salary is one thing in a job but for me, the more important thing is if I'm enjoying my work there. Even if I have big salary at the end of the month but I'm always stressed and unhappy with the company, I will eventually spend the savings that I earned for my medical fees because of the stress I took from the company.

About your decision for what better company you will work for, try looking at the big picture. Compare them for 1 whole year of work. For the first company, you are working on a regular basis, say 8 hours a day, and have a high salary but less benefits. Add all the monthly salary for the whole year. Now compare that on the second company's 1 year salary. In the second company, you have less salary than the first one but have more benefits. You must work overtime in order to reach the amount of the salary given by the first company.

So there you go, it is apparent that I will choose the first company. It is mentioned that there are less benefits but I can always apply for an insurance so that whatever happens to me, I have something to lean on.
