Brief description of the Project:
APIIT PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is an online system to give support to the students of APIIT. It is specially designed for final year degree students. The system will serve as a platform to manage the final year project of students who are in level 3. It offers a lot of new features by automating the course of actions that should have done manually. System could overcome the most of the critical difficulties faced by student during the final year of degree. The system is also capable of guiding students by providing adequate support and information online. The system facilitates the students with two options of accessing information. They can access significant information either on a mobile device or on a personal computer. This enables the users to take less effort for the access of relevant information. The potential user of the mobile system includes the people who lead a busy life. The users of the mobile system also include the people who don’t like to access the system always, but only if they are required to do so.
What is interesting about this system is the instinctive way in which it operates. It enables those students who have not finished the various academic requirements within the time limit to know what had to be done next. It also facilitates students in receiving notification as a reminder which is set by the student themselves. The users are able to send messages without the help of an external system. The messages will also be sent to their actual email accounts. The system is also capable of sending SMS to the student’s mobile devices regarding the new messages received.

The development of finefriend.com would also provide help in searching new friends according to the user’s own taste. Through the system, users can send and receive messages. The users are also provided with the ability to view profiles of other users. Through the system it is also made possible in finding a life partner of the user’s own choice. One has to enroll as a member to receive introductions. Any people living anywhere can approach point2point agency anytime for assistance, through the system ie.‘FineFriend’.
