Do you know any consultancies here(i mean thru friends/relatives.).

As per my know, Now a days, the consultancy companies here are not showing any interest in doing H1 processing for outside USA consultants.
Please note: I am telling these reasons based on my views.
Reasons :
1)Suppose if they do processing now(for this year quota), the consultant will come only after Oct 2004. Nov, Dec, Jan market will be little bit dull. So the company will generate revenue only from Feb/Mar 2005 on the consultant. As it is long process, some companies are not showing interest.
2)Getting visa stamped in India was became a tough these days. They are asking a lot of q\'s. So consultancy companies dont want take a risk by wasting time on the consultancies outside USA.
3)Because of 1 and 2, they are recruiting the people here itself .

Some companies will do, but they will charge an amount of 4000 to 5000 USA dollars. But i dont suggest to join these companies, becoz they are doing just for money. They dont care whether u will get Visa or not.

My suggestion is:
If you know any friends/relatives here, talk with them, and take help from them to process your H1 asap, with in next 30 to 45 days.

I know very few people in US. One person called Ram frm CRG Infotech called me and talked to me on H1-B. He told that he will charge 75000 including flight tickets and 25000 being risk money, i.e the money I can lose in case Visa is not stamped. He told that they will provide Accomodation at Boston at their companys cost till I get a job. He told that I will be placed with in 15-20 days once I reach there. I would like to know abt the genuinity of CRG Infotech reg this. Their website being www.crgsoft.com

They have posted an ad in naukri.com I guess... Some how I send them the resume and they replied. Then one guy called Ram called me frm Hyderabad and talked to me.
