Infosys USA Learnability and Flexibility

Hi ,

The link you have mentioned is only meant for campus hires.

I have about 3.5 years of experience and wish to app for Infy US. Before I do so, I would like to know if they sponsor H1bs or they ask us to join the India operations and then work your way to earn an H1b ?

If thats the case, it does not make a whole lot of sense for me to quit my current employer and join Infy since I have to rebuild my innings all from scratch.

If they directly sponsor H1bs, then it makes sense to join them.

Are there any other firms that sponsor H1bs to whom I can apply to ?

Is this the correct id or is there any other mechanisms to apply ?

I am a graduate student from a university in Kansas. I am looking forward to applying for jobs at Infosys.
I want to know how the interview process would be like, the number of rounds and whether it would be more of technical or brain teasers kind. I would really appreciate if someone can guide me regarding this.
