    The .NET framework

    One of the reasons I'm reluctant to develop with .NET is that the end user must have the .NET framework installed on their computer. I know that most people have it already installed, but some older versions of Windows don't have it. Is there any way to get around this?

    I dont think so, Moreover, does any of the latest windows versions comes along with pre-bundled .NET Framework installation package??? For now, as far as I know, .NET works when .NET Framework is available.
