To fulfill your requirment you can try out any product of Microsoft namely Microsoft Visual studio..Remember to use products of Microsoft only since this only will give a good result for your requirment.

falco85, I recommend you use a HEX editor to locate and edit strings in the file. Hex workshop and HexWorks are good ones that I've used, but there are millions on the net - ultraedit, hexedit, etc. Take your pick

I recommend using hexworks to start - its a free version and you can get your work done, too.
