Time Period of stay in the company
Hi,
If the question asked is straight it is easy for all of us to answer. But most of the interviews they do not do so.This is done in order to test various attributes of us.If suppose the interviewer asks a critical question like 'How long will you stay in the company?'.How to answer this question. We do not know the period unless we get to know the environment. So what answer must be given in such situation.

Personally, I would answer that question indefinitely also. I will say, as long as I could contribute to the companies success. Or I can say, I will work here as long as the company needs my service. That way, you are not bounded by time.
Those questions are really the ones that the interviewer will consider. There are lots of questions that are being ask like this one and you must not answer quickly and exact. Think for a moment, but not long enough to make the interviewer bored, of a positive answer.

Hi Prabhu,Till my task is over, so that it can be a deliverable one at the right time.
I think you have misunderstood the question. The author does not ask how many hours will you be in a day in your office. But she has asked how long will you be a part of your company.

I am also agree with the above opinion that there are only two reasons to leave a company that either you feel that you can not deliver more to it or company are not deliver what you deserve now.
