Small companies are very good on concentrating on a job to do. Compare to large companies, there are many things to maintain for the company to run smoothly. In a small company, you can do the job with complete detail and you can easily locate the problem and fix it. While in the large companies, you have to go through other departments for you to fix even just one problem.
