Attached Libraries problem

HI Friends

pls help me .. i started new form development, in that i am faceing one problem ie. In form navigation whenever i attached a template.fmb , i am not getting default attached library files . i cann't understand ,why ?

if any body help know ?
pls send me the solution of this problem

While creating form just check the Template.fmb size, if it is 360kb then it will be the correct form. moreover u just check whether the attached libraries are present in the default template form. if it is not there u r not able to use that form.
