Bitmap checkpoint in QTP

I'm trying to implement bitmap checkpoint for pictured added to Microsoft Word, after inserting the appropriate checkpoint, running QTP 8.2 and verifying results, the checkpoint fails.
As I can see from Test Results Window the expected and actual objects are not the same (resolution, brighteness)
How can I resolve this issue?

Have u saved that word doc in which the you have added the picture?
If so try to save it and try to implement the same by opening the saved doc.
This is just a trial.If not kindly let me know the status of the same.
