Need Guidance

I want to run Asp.net pages what is the minimum requirement (system) I must have to do this. If someone could guide me on this I would run my first sample Asp.net page successfully.

IIS is definitely a requirement for doing this. there are some free hosts which you can use, however they place ads with your site and you do not get MSSQL for it.
you can develop with notepad/wordpad however preferable to use Visual Studio.
