need advise

hi,

i would like to study oracle but not sure how difficult it is going to be so i need to start from somewhere to really know if it is my thing or not.

can someone advise me as wher to start from and how long it would take me to become a real oracle DBA administrator

i have BS in computer science but never practiced for over 15 years but i have some small knowlege in SQL but not much. something i learned over the internet.

i am interested in oracle 10g which i wanted to take a course and get involved more so i can get a job in this direction.
