doubt in testing

Hi,
In an interview they asked me how testing process will be done in your organization. for that whats the answer.plz help me so that it would be helpful for my further interviews. I am applying for 2+ years of experience in automation testing.

This is a very important question since following a process strategy is as important as the selection of a tool for testing. By developing and following a process for the automated test tool, the test team can regularize and get away from hazards and vital holes in the test process. But the process followed differs from organization to organization. I can give you few hints or guidelines to face this question in interview. Using these guidelines try to put the fact whichever process is followed in your current organization.

Documentation of automated testing process was done so that the process can be effectively and efficiently followed and communicated to other users.
All strategies to be followed for testing were properly defined so that the entire testing process takes place in a uniform and smooth manner.
The Automated Test Lifecycle Methodology was followed by the automated testing team in the organization.
The required testing tools are checked and made available for all testing users for implementing the planned strategies.
A well defined measured process of testing is followed by all users to measure the accuracy of testing.
