Help in Designing

I have designed textarea in sheet with rows and columns defined as 30 and 15 respectively. But I want to have the feature of user friendly embedded in it. That is as per user needs if user wants to resize the textarea they must be able to carry on with this functionality by just clicking the text area boundary. To achieve this how should I go about? I could not figure a possible way for this.

You can use CSS for achieving this. Here you can specify style="width: XX%"
Try out and let us know the result on the same.

Actually browsers have such option to resize the text don't worry about it. If you are using joomla then you have to modify the php code.
