For a resume at 3 years of experience you want to emphasize your professional track as well as your educational track. Later in your career you can reduce the importance of the educational track.

I would suggest you consider a strong summary statement with a definition of who you are as professional and a short description of your skills and experiences both in the work force and as a student.
Follow that up with a bullet listing of technical and professional strengths. You want to hit the reader with a summary of what you can do right away.

Also, I would keep it to 1 page for this level of experience. A software engineering resume can be kept fairly short if you focus on skills and contributions and do not expand too much on details of the projects you worked on.
