Unable to receive the items in inventory

Hi,

I created a purchase order and approved it. But i am unable to receive the item in inventory.

Hope some one will help me solve this.

Hi,

whenever you are creating purchase order,there will be some tabs are availabe.like..purchaseing tab,inventory tab.....

In inventory tab,

some check boxes available like stockable item,inventory item,purchased items and so on
you can select item is inventory item.
then you will be able to receive the item in inventory.

Thanks for listing the options Siva. But i have already done that before itself. I am still facing the same problem. Help me solve the issue.

Navigate: Receiving/ Receipts

• Click first on clear tab.
• Enter Approved Purchase Order No. (In Po no. Field).
• Click on find.
• Po details displayed. (Header Info Displayed).
• Click Express Tab to check Po line details.
• select line and save info.
• Now chek inv thru subinventory(specified in PO).
