Hi
Currently, I am working in mannual testing,and I would like to use testing tools,can you please suggest me a testing tool that really works on both web as well as windows based projects? Is QTP or Winrunner easy to work and understand?

I don't have any experience with mantis but I came across test management tool named Zephyr.
