Mobile User
Hi,
I have an issue with one of the mobile users. He is not able to see few of the account records on his local when trying to query in a Pick applet on screens like Activities, Service Request etc.
But the same records are visible when queried directly on Main Account screen on his local. Also these records are visible in his web/Thin client.
I have tried re-extractiing his DB. Still it did not work.
Appreciate inputs on this issue.

DB extract is the main problem...and also concentrate on synchronization

first check the account records user name that means "AccountTeam" ...based on the user only records will display in pickapplet....
