2003 having boot problem

Hi

NT 2003. There was an error: Windows/system32/config/SYSTEM missing or corrupted.
Then I boot with OS CD, R – Repair, in the Recovery console DOS prompt, rename the /config directory and made new /config directory, then copy /repair/system to /config directory. Then I did reboot.

Now the 2003 only in the Windows boot up screen and hanging.
Again I did boot with OS CD, R-Repair, in the C: prompt select 1, then it prompted for Administrator Password:
I did try password all passwords including blank, all are showing invalid password. Then after three attempt system restarting.

How I will get the DOS prompt in the R – Repair Recovery Console DOS prompt to repair the system without password?

Or, How to solve this problem.
