RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_PARTIAL_V.ra_billing_number is NULL

All,
In the Transaction Workbench Consolidated Billing Number is showing NULL when I use Customer Care Manager responsibility. But when I use any Receivable Responsibility it is showing the Consolidated Billing Number.
I have checked the AR: Show Billing Number profile option as well as system option both are enabled.
Please advise if I am missing any setup related things.

The Consolidated Billing number is generated from a sequence AR_CONS_INV_S. This sequence is seeded and delivered in artrx.odf.

You need to extract the code from the package ARPCBIB.pls.
