Automation Testing Tools

Hi,
I am new in Testing Field. I just know the Names of Various Testing Tool like QTP, Loadrunner, Winrunner etc. But i have No Knowlege about these. I am Cofused which Testing tool is Better and easy to use.
Can anyone help me that which tool should i start to learn?

Based on the company requriemnts they used the automation if they requries. present market every one is asking QTP

There are quite some differences between the mentioned tools. Loadrunner is for Performance/Load testing while QTP and Winrunner are functional GUI Test Tools. In addition Winrunner is not supported anymore which is now replaced by QTP. If you want to get familiar with QTP you can use their free trial version.

What I forgot to mention: Depending on your personal programming skills and the application you want to test, there are also other alternatives. But before you dive into automated testing you should get familiar with manual testing and the basics of testing.
