    Normally there is no Testing Tool that can be termed as good or bad. It is usually determined in accordance with the cost to it's usage... It again depends on the organization....

    If you truly want to rate a testing tool then you must do it based on your ROI. If the tool is saving good amount of money and time for you then you are getting good return of your investment. I have seen same tools giving different ROI in different organizations. So one really cannot mark a tool good or bad just because it did not work for you.

    Usually we can't rate testing tools, it depends according to the testing method and the organization. Even every tool has pros and cons.

    Unable rate test tool

    Hi,

    It is really hard to rate tool as good or bad.It depends on functionality ,cost and userfriendly of tool
