Doc to XML conversion

I developed an application in Visual Basic to convert document files into rtf file and then to xml conversion.

In one system the exe is running smooth but in other system with MS word 2003 it is not running properly.

What could be the reason? How to find and fix this issue?

Please check for associated dependency and referenced files used in your project. Make user you included them while creating exe
