Opportunities for Desktop Professionals

Title : Desktop Engineers ( L1 & L2 )

Experience : 1 - 4 Years
Skills: Should have experience in administering Desktop, Laptops, Servers and Backup & Peripherals. Should be able to troubleshoot on Applications, Operating System etc. Should have relevant experience in installation and support of Windows NT/2000/XP etc. Good working knowledge of Active Directory,Group Policies, WINS, DNS, DHCP,Windows Terminal Server,TCP/IP Networking knowledge etc.

Responsible for the implementation, support, administration and management of Windows NT/2000/XP workstations and/or servers. Configuration of Lotus Notes client setup.Configuring Microsoft Outlook / Outlook Express.

Title : Remote Support Engineers

Experience : 1 - 4 Years
Skills: Should resolve the desktop problem through remote support using CF1 tool or through voice. Should have the ability to work with multiple teams to drive issues to resolution for Users. Should be willing to work in shifts. Should ensure adherence to all the quality processes like, ITSM, BS 7799 and ISO processes. Will be responsible for the resolution of the incidents by owning up end to end by approrpaitely escalating to L2 team.

Should possess strong knowledge on troubling of desktops. Must have exposure to IT Hardware Support. RAS, VPN & Network preliminary Trouble Shooting. Should have good telephone etiquettes while interacting with the customer over phone. Very good English communication and should possess the capability of interacting with the Overseas customers.

Opportunities for Networking Professionals

Title : Networking Engineer

Experience : 2-4 Years
Skills: Should have good networking knowledge, Fundamentals of Voice/Video, Basic troubleshooting skills, Good communication skills. Should have CCNA. Should have exposure on VPN and MUX. Good analytical and problem solving skills are required. Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks while under pressure Good Team working capabilities.
