QUALIFICATION : BE/B.TECH/ME/M.TECH (CS, ECE, EEE)/ MCA/MSC (CS)/MSIT.

EXPERIENCE : 4 - 5 YEARS

JOB TITLE : HR EXECUTIVES / TL-HR

JOB LOCATION : NOIDA

JOB PROFILE:-

HCLT is looking for professionals to be part of the HR team that is handling SAP Data Administration, Payroll , HR Operations, Employee records, and Employee Helpdesk for one of the units of HCLT.

1.HR Executives / Team Leaders-HR :

Complete understanding and experience in HR Operations / payroll/HR Admn.
Candidates should be a B.Com/Diploma in HR with 4-5 yrs of relevant experience.
Candidates in and around Noida, will be preferable.
SAP or some HRIS background (preferably SAP HR for 1+ yrs)
Candidates should have excellent communication Skills.
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Flexibility to work in evening shift

2. HR Trainees/ /Team Members-HR :

Candidates should be B.Com with 2-3 yrs of experience in admn/accounting/payroll
Reside in or near Noida
Candidates should have excellent communication Skills

Flexibility to work in evening shift
