US opening for software engineers

We have an urgent requirement in USA
with our client IVS Inc. ( www.ivsinc.net ) who is a
leading software services organization in the US. They
are looking for some good candidates to work for
various leading software companies in US under their
pay role. The candidates should have a minimum of two
to three years experience and should be either BE/
BTech or Msc (comp science) / MCA or BSc/ BCA from any
recognized university in India and they should be from
the following skillset: Java, C, C++, C#, VB.Net, Data
warehousing,ASP.NET, SAP, Peoplesoft, Testing Tools,
Oracle applications etc.

Salary - 42000 – 100000 US$ per annum (Rupees 1.5
lakhs to 3.75 lakhs per month)

The requirement
is pretty urgent and large and our client is looking
at recruiting 60 to 80 candidates by the end of July
from India.

The candidates would
be mostly be placed at Michigan and they may be placed
under the payrolls of our client with any other
leading software company in the US. You will be
offered a minimum salary of Rs. 1,50,000 per month.

The interviews would be conducted at
Bangalore and Hyderabad, as our client has come down
from the US for the purpose of conducting interviews.
Candidates should be willing to relocate to the US
immediately.

The candidate should bear Visa Charges, Travel
Expenses, Legal Charges, Immigration fees, Consultancy
Charges etc and this put together comes to around
5000 US$ ( Rupees 2,17,000/-)
Out of the above expense, 2000 US$ (Rupees 87,000/-)
will be refunded to candidate after one year.

The H1 visa processing and all other embassy related
procedures and also accommodation at our clients guest
house in Michigan for 15 days to two months till they
get into their job would be taken care of by our
client.
