Oracle 10g confusion

I was trying to download the new Oracle 10g. The confusion is when I go to download site there are many options. Database, Application Server, Developer tools, etc., ..... Now I want to learn and be able to develop database applications which one do I download. My guess is Developer Suite 10g but does that include Database part.

Can anyone clarify why there are so many downloads and what I need to download to learn and develop apps.

Thanks in advance.
