Designation Technical Support

Job Description Technical support person will perform any one or multiple tasks from the following list:

1. Incident Management – simulation and/or analysis of user or operations reported problem, rectification of problem by way of modification to data, automation script, restart and any other means that does not need modification to source code.
2. Interacting with onsite employees, customers or the users of applications to get more information on the reported incidents or to communication the actions taken to resolve the potential or reported problems.
3. Monitoring - Network elements, application logs, database logs or load on system
4. Pro-active health checks to identify potential issues with the application / data and taking preventive action
5. Product or application knowledge sharing with development team when the problem is to be rectified by modifications to source code.
6. Identifying trends in the growth of operational data and pro-actively reviewing capacity on a periodic basis
7. Off-hours support to resolve high-priority problems
8. Maintenance of an up-to-date operational knowledge base with all known issues and their resolutions
9. Reporting the status against the service level agreements with our customers by accurately documenting the effort spent, duration and actions taken.

Desired Profile 60+ % in 10th and 12th exams and over 65% in degree
(BSc Computer Science or BCA).

Excellent communication skills (written and Oral) and aptitude levels.

Knowledge of any one operating system and computer language such as C, C++, VB, Java etc.

Flexibility to work hours and timings.
