Rate: $70 C2C

Function: Technical / Application Development Lead supporting PeopleSoft
HRMS



Position Description:



This Application Development Leas supervises a team of associates
responsible for the design, development, and support of applications and
technologies primarily for the Human Resources and Payroll people-based
application areas. Responsibilities include leading and supporting projects
and associates to ensure that the applications meet the requirements of the
business clients; reviewing and providing guidance to the development work
of others; overseeing production support activities and application
environments; acting as the liaison with Technical Architecture and other
ITG associates; may complete a limited amount of complex development or
configuration work. May be responsible for supervising associates with
development skills in Lotus Notes, MS Access, or other tools.



Hiring Criteria:

· 3-5 years in a leadership position (if the candidate had not had a lead
role for 3 years, do not submit) with demonstrated ability in leading teams
through coaching and guidance, including setting expectations, assessing
performance, and guiding associate development

· Demonstrated project management skills, from business case through
post-implementation support

· Thorough knowledge of application/system development methodology and
design

· Strong communication skills with technical associates and business
clients; strong ability to build and sustain working relationships with
business clients; strong meeting facilitation skills

· Good judgment in decision-making, escalating issues, and when
communicating with business clients; strong problem solving skills

· Strong skills in resource planning and triaging incoming work

· Working knowledge of MS Office products and MS Access,
development/reporting tools in either PeopleSoft or SAP, familiarity with
Lotus Notes development

· Experience working with Human Resources and HR applications, and knowledge
of major HR business processes, is strongly preferred

Function 1: 1 Business Systems Analyst, Junior

Rate: $35 C2C



Function 2: 1 Business Systems Analyst, Senior

Rate: $48 C2C



Position Description:



As a Business Systems Analyst , you will be a key resource in identifying
opportunities to affect business process change through technology, and
seeing them through to conclusion. You will play a key role in enhancing or
upgrading existing applications as well as implementing and supporting new
technology, primarily in the "associate based" application areas such as
Human Resources. You will serve as a primary liaison between the business
users/Business Analysts and the technical teams to gather and analyze
requirements, write functional specifications, build business cases, and
coordinate communication between team members. You may also lead small to
moderately-sized projects from planning through implementation, and manage
vendor relationships.



Hiring Criteria:

· Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS v.8.0/SP1, Recruiting, Benefits, PI.

· A successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of progressive
experience in business process and systems analysis and functional design.
-Demonstrated experience in project leadership or management, from business
cases, cost/benefit analyses, and planning, through post-implementation
support.

· Strong ability to create positive business relationships with internal and
external clients.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong meeting
facilitation skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a collaborative
environment.

· Experience with web-based application architectures, package
implementation and support, and RDBMS concepts.

· Experience in analyzing and coordinating the configuration or
customization of PeopleSoft.



The primary responsibility of this person will be supporting PeopleSoft
application as it is now - production support - as well as any on-going and
new projects within the system and its integration with third-part vendors.
