We are presently on the look out for senior project managers for the expansion of Lion Bridge India's elearning, courseware and content international project delivery operations.

Job: Project managers are responsible the timely delivery of all projects with high quality. They will be responsible for project planning, scheduling and execution of such projects. They manage a team of led by Team leads. Project Managers are also required to interact with clients from US and Europe.

Candidate is responsible for managing the execution of small, medium and large translation / localization / elearning projects, coordinating and monitoring all aspects of assigned projects, i.e., tracking schedules and ensuring timely delivery of project components. Also responsible for negotiating with production staff on project schedule, trackin g profitability, monitoring project issues and contributing to improved procedures. Candidate must ensure and maintain client satisfaction and retention.

Day-to-day communication with clients
Manage client expectations
Project Architecture during the quoting stage (develop workflow, customize process)
Budgeting and financial analysis
Scheduling and structuring of the project
Making suggestions for improvement of the localization process
Communicating and interacting with the project team
Ensuring that the quality of projects is ensured (contents and delivery dates)
Educate clients about localization process
Resource planning

Sr. Project Managers will be responsible for 2-3 project managers, will be responsible for multiple project delivery operations, profitability of projects and account management. Sr Project Managers report to a Project Director.

Those interested must be willing to travel internationally, to client locations in the USA/ Europe. Travel will be project need based.

Eligibility:
BE's / B.Sc's graduates with an excellent academic background.
Full time management degree from the top institutes in India (IIM /XLRI equivalent preferred)
2-5 years + experience in project operations and team management
