Job Description The Engineer is expected to provide Technical Support on
1. Customer Specific Application Software
2. Desktop Application Related Issues
3. Antivirus Support

Desired Profile Qualification and Experience
1. Any Graduation or 2 years Technical Diploma Mandatory.
2. Minimum 0-9 months experience as Desktop/Hardware/Computer Field Engineer Role. Freshers can also apply

Technical & Soft Skills Required
1. The Engineer should exhibit good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
2. With strong Methodical Troubleshooting Skills he should detailed step-by-step approach to identifying and resolving issues.
3. He should have the ability to work with multiple teams to drive issues to resolution for Users.
4. The Engineer should use Remote Support Utility for Resolution.
5. The Engineer should have knowledge on troubleshooting Desktop related issues like; Internet, MS Office, Modem etc.
6. Knowledge on spoken Hindi preferred
