Job Description:
1) Must have over 3 years of experience developing ASP.NET
<http://asp.net/>applications using Visual Basic .NET
2) Must have over 7 years of software development experience
3) Must have performed the role of a Technical Lead Developer for at least 2
years
4) Must be able to mentor and guide other .Net developers on the project
5) Must be a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) for Microsoft
..NET
6) Must have experience with component-oriented, multi-tier application
design
7) Must have experience working with relational database design, T-SQL, and
how that applies to SQL Server 2000
8) Must have experience delivering high quality code complete with a full
suite of unit tests
9) Must have ability to troubleshoot bugs
10) Must have experience on offshore projects
11) Must have good communication skills to be able to communicate within the
development team and with the US-based onsite team
12) Must have the ability to work from functional requirements and design
specifications not in UML format.
13) An understanding of the capabilities of Visual Studio 2005 and SQL
Server 2005 is a plus.

should be able to do R&D and help in finding solutions, in new technology
