Issue #1 : I cannot see anything in the topic screen?

If you have problem with Topic Screen, Try as below...
Click on Start Button
Click on Run
Type regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\msbind.dll
Click on Ok
Try EFSTest Now...

if it is d: drive
Type regsvr32 d:\windows\system32\msbind.dll
Click on Ok
Try EFSTest Now...

Shortcut says EFSTest but the exe seems to be qtest.exe...?

Just Double-Click on EFSTest Icon
You must be able to run the test.
