How to present one’s confidence level

Hi All,
A friend of mine recently faced a interview. She was good in all aspects and got selected in all tests. The only negative point she had was she was not good in public speaking. She was also posted a question in last round of her interview process to say about her confidence level in public speaking. The job which she opted required the public speaking ability to above 5% of her total job process. So in this scenario is it wise for her to admit that she is not good in public speaking or how well she can handle this question. Somebody put a interesting answer for this question.

Regards,
Blenda

Hi,
One of the ways of presenting the fact would be to put words like “I am confident of presenting my ideas in informal setting rather than in big meetings". But I think there would be much better and in fact best answer to focus this situation. Let’s wait for someone to post answer on this informative discussion.

Regards,
Norman

Hi,
You can present like this namely explaining your previous work situation that it did not demand nor had the opportunity to meet gatherings. You must also put points focusing that the new job has new work of facing gathering though a minimum responsibility you like to do the best on that and would like to have training in that. This way you would have achieved your idea of focusing that you need training in that area rather than saying you are not capable.

Is this correct way of presenting!!!!!!

Regards,
Allan
