Borland or Visual studio??

Which do you use.
Currently I've been using Visual Studio for productivity. Visual Studio debugger was so much easier to use. And it had the same features. Plus the interface is more accessible.
But Borland are releasing the new Turbo brand of their IDE (focusing initially on C++). Does anyone know more about the Turbo Borland?
