H1-B Transfer while in India
Hi,
I have a H1-B from Company A and I have been in the US for about 1 year 3 months on this visa. Now I am in India since last 9 months. I have now got an offer from another US company - Company B. This company has its offices in India as well. Can I get my H1 transferred to Company B in India itself before travelling to the US to work for Company B?
