Hi All,

This post is to introduce myself to all the members here.

I am Jayant and have been a free lance IT trainer delivering MCSE and CCNA training in India and also overseas.


My dream is to bridge the digital divide, especially in our great country, India. I do seriously believe that Technology is the greatest leveler, it has made the world a flat place. IT has the potential to create a level playing field in our country as well, especially in the wake of the caste wars. It can provide equal opportunity for all.

It is an unprecedented opportunity for India to graduate as a global country based on principles of equality and fair play which has made many nations that lead the global economy today great.

Unfortunatley India emits mixed signals, for those of us who have lived and worked overseas may understand what I mean. Many of us are of the highest integrity but most of us could do with more integrity, and some of us are with no integrity. Unfortunatley, as a result the world paints all Indians with the same brush and it affects us all.

I invite views and would like a healthy discussion to put our best foot forward.

I find myself torn between and altruistic zeal and desire to dedicate to the good cause of enabling younger Indians in IT skills and brodging the digital divide. I am in need of some serious career cousultation from the senior members in this forum, International experience is also there to contribute for those in need.

I look forward to a positive and long association with the good members of this forum.
