hi

i am working first time as a automation tester. i am working on Winrunner. i am requesting all the members plz assist me how to write scripts in Winrunner. I know how to record, run. I want to know about how to write tsl scripting for a webapplication.

Thanks for the reply. For example in Login page userid only allow characters.

If suppose the validation is skip. The test result through fail. How to write

script for the purpose.

Hi Barath,

I have not not worked in Winrunner but according to the scenario you can make use of REGULAR EXPRESSION in defining the user Id. Please try it.
