Refreshing the page using PHP

Hi,
I am doing a basic user registration page using... once when the submit button is clicked how do i take it to the login page so that the user will be allowed to login? can anyone help me?

use form tag
and set action
like validate.php
where u will checking script and if it passes give header to logged in page
